A: A Launch 3 Telecom representative will respond by phone or email within one business day of the request.

Q: What hours are your representatives available by phone?

A: We are available to take your calls from 9am to 5pm EST.

Q: Where is Launch 3 Telecom Located?

A: We are located in Fairfield, NJ. About 40 minutes outside of Manhattan.

Q: Does the equipment sold come with a warranty?

A: All the equipment, unless otherwise stated, comes with a not DOA warranty. Most of our new gear come with extended warranties to be agreed upon with your sales representative.

A: We buy all types of telecommunications equipment, but specialize in Lucent, Nortel, Telect, P-com, DMC, Ceragon, ADC, Rad, Westell, Dialogic, AFC, Carrier Access, Juniper, and Cisco.
